Delivery times may vary according to the item you have purchased. We work closely with all of our suppliers and couriers to try and find the quickest and best solution for delivering your items to your door step.

We aim to process your order as quick as we can and if an order is placed before 12pm Monday - Friday we do our best to get that order sent out that day or first thing the next morning. We advise 3 - 5 working days for many of our items as we do not like to disappoint and say next day when it may not be.

If you are ordering custom made furniture, please see the item description which relates to your product as some items may take 4 - 6 weeks.

We only work with reputable couriers that we can trust and will reflect our passion for quality. All our items are packaged to prevent any damage occurring as we want your item to reach you as you would have expected it. Sorry if we go a bit over the top with bubble wrap!

 Although we try our very best to get your items to you as quick as possible, sometimes we may experience delays that are caused due to reasons beyond our control ie: weather, workforce strikes or environmental disaster.

• Free delivery applies to orders over £100 in value unless stated on the product description. 
•  Offer applies to mainland UK only and excludes Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands. A delivery price will be given upon request to those requiring delivery to areas outside of this area.
